We're here to support your adventures, whether you're a cooperative member or not.  Here's some helpful information regarding our shipping providers, return policies, tax information, and warranties.

Shipping

Alldogs Offroad Coop offers shipping with a variety of carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and truck freight services.  We do our best to provide accurate transit times; however, please note that transit times provided are estimates and not guarantees.  We do our best to offer competitive, discounted shipping rates to all customers and to ensure timely transit times.  

We do ship to Canada and Hawaii, however, the website will not allow for it. Please email info@alldogsoffroad.com with your shipping information and part numbers and we will return a quote for your order. 

Returns

We offer a 45-day return policy on all items from the date of purchase.  Items returned must not be damaged and should be returned in original packaging.  We request that customers who would like to return an item contact us so that we may issue a return goods authorization (RGA) number.  Returns with an accompanying RGA number will be prioritized over returns without an RGA.  

We do require customers to pay for shipping their returns to us.  For our members, we offer the benefit of discounted call-tags in instances where an RGA is requested (if you would like information on becoming a member click HERE).  This will be more cost-effective than published rates.  Members will be notified of this cost and will have the option to deduct it in instances where a refund is requested.  Note that labor-related fees are non-refundable (for instance, coilover assembly or leaf pack configuration). 

We offer free shipping promotions on our website; when a customer would like to return an item purchased with "free shipping,"  we require that the customer cover the cost to return their item to us.   As above, we will offer a discounted call-tag with an RGA.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  To save yourself a lot of time and money please contact us prior to making a purchase if you have any questions, concerns, or need technical advice.  We want to spend time with you to make sure that your purchasing decision is correct and that you'll be satisfied with it.  

Tax

We currently charge sales tax for purchases shipped to the state of Nebraska.  

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in product pages, Alldogs Offroad Coop does not offer warranties on items sold on this website.  However, it is common for manufacturers to warranty the items they manufacture which can be found on this site.  We will be more than happy to assist in warranty claims whenever/wherever possible.
