Looking for a lift kit built around one of the heaviest duty shocks out there? With many years experience in shock absorber design and manufacturing, KONI - the leader in Heavy Duty shocks for buses, trucks, trailers, military applications, and railway - decided to combine its high level of technology and its 4x4 market knowledge to create a new range of offroad shocks dedicated to extreme overlanding and offroading - the RAID 90 Series. RAID 90 Series shocks feature 40% more oil volume than their 82 Series Heavy Track shocks and are significantly more resistant to overheating / shock fade. The shock bodies are manufactured from heavier gauge steel and are more resistant to dents and dings. They also feature progressive internal hydraulic rebound stop valves and bump stops.
We've put together this ultimate builder page to allow you to custom-tune your lift kit to your specs. We've bundled the world-tested and world-renowned Koni 90 Series RAID shock absorbers with our ADO coil and leaf spring options to give you the ultimate spring and shock pairing lift kit that won't break the bank.
Koni 90 Series RAID shock absorbers are the heaviest-duty shocks you can get your hands on. They've been proven worldwide in the most extreme operating conditions. Like the 82 Series, they feature a rebound-adjustable twin-tube design and they're built for durability and longevity. Koni shocks are superior in quality and performance to competing products and this is evident in the robust construction and materials used in manufacture.
Our Alldogs Offroad coil springs are manufactured in the USA. We did extensive research and scouted producers across the country to find the best coil spring manufacturer out there. The manufacturer we've partnered with is a significant producer of coil springs for the military. Their coil springs are also found in nuclear reactors across the country. Our leaf springs are manufactured by companies that specialize in medium-duty and heavy-duty truck / trailer applications.
Kit includes adjustable cam bolts.
Fitment:
Notes:
- The front shocks used to increase travel compared to OEM Frontier shocks and require aftermarket UCA's to prevent coil bucket contact. The UCA option is strongly encouraged.
- RAID 90 Series shocks are encouraged for use on vehicles with permanently added weight, front and rear (steel bumpers, winch, rooftop tent, etc) for best ride quality. Not recommended for stock-weight trucks unless you like a firmer ride.
- Running this kit will require the removal of the rear swaybar.
